Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Build error, Packaging Failed

I'm sure there are a lot of problems, but I can't read this log. It just doesn't make sense. If someone could point out what's not working, and why it's not packaging, that would be great. I've been stuck and I would really like to release the next build online by the end of this weekend. Thanks for any help you can give.

Have you tried the following:

  • Open up the Epic Games Launcher

  • Click on the Library tab

  • Click on the yellow and black downward arrow beside Launch

  • Click on Options

  • Make sure that there is a check-mark beside 'Editor symbols for debugging'

  • Press Apply

Once you've done that, it should update the editor for you and this issue should go away. Please let us know if it does not.

Thanks for the response. I found out that the crash report it was trying to copy wasn't there, so I added it to the file and it works now. I will mark this as resolved. Thank you.
