I want to install UE3, BUT i can’t find it ?!!
still can i buy UE3 or not ?

UDK is freely available for non-commerical use. You can find the the Unreal Engine 3 (UDK) at this link. The last build released was from February 2014.

UDK is UE3. Epic is focused on developing and releasing new builds of UE4 currently, but that does not mean that UE3/UDK is no longer available for download and use. You can find the link to the UE3/UDK above to download the latest build from February 2014.

If you want access to UE4 you’ll have to sign up for an account on UnrealEngine.com. The subscription of $19/mo gets you full source code access and continued updates to the engine along with great content examples you can download for use in your games or to study. You can find answers to any other questions you have about UE4 in our FAQ..
