Lucio (Overwatch) camera tilting when wall riding

I’m remaking Lucio’s (from Overwatch, reference: Lucio Wall Ride Fundamentals [Outdated] - YouTube) wall ride mechanics in a project, and while I have everything working to my liking, I’m having trouble doing the 15-20 degree camera tilt that happens in Overwatch’s version, because any Add/Set Rotation is ignored since I’m using the controller’s rotation on the camera.

I tried attaching the camera to a scene and rotating the scene component, but nothing happens.

Is there any way to do this while still using the controller’s rotation, and if not, how exactly do I set up the rotation “manually” instead of using the controller’s rotation (so that I can then add an offset based on whether or not the player is wall riding)?
