[BUG] UE loses connection to VR headset

Hi,

I never had any issues like this before, but after installing the new Windows update (1607) I have following issue:

After some unspecified time, the Unreal Engine will lose connection to the HTC headset.
Steam VR shows the game (UE) unresponsive and nothing is rendered on the HTC’s display, not even the Steam VR environment.
The game is only shown on monitor with low FPS aroudn 1-5.

Only way to get it working again is to restart UE and Steam VR.
Happens always within 20-30 minutes of repeated use of the UE.

I had already verified the engine and re-installed VGA (nvidia) drivers.

Hello DExUS5,

When you use the VR preview for the , is the window coming up in full screen or perhaps appearing on the screen space used by the ?

What I see in the attachment :

If this happens and you click on the window that is showing the preview, does this bring up the game on the headset?

No it does not. Nothing changes.

Could you provide the project so that I can take a closer look? This can be done but providing a link to a zipped down version of the project via drop box or google drive. If you would like to provide it privately, you can do so by providing it in a private message to me on the forums.

I dont see any option to send a private message , where can I find it ?

You will need to go to the forums and send me a private message there.
