Transforming a pawn into another pawn

Hello, i really need to find out how to transform a pawn into another pawn, say my character turns into a bird by magic

A few steps needed for this.

  1. Well you would want to spawn the bird pawn.
  2. Then unposses the current pawn
  3. posses the bird pawn.
  4. Destroy or hide the old pawn.
  5. Play a nice effect over it to make it look nice.
