How to use blueprints for fps?

i have a charecter and his weapon rigged and inported into ue4,i imported them seprately.can anyone tell me how to use blueprint to get my fps game working,example…i want my charecter to shoot his gun when i click my mouse buttton and i need the gun recoil animation to play only when i click my mouse button.also,does anyone know how to set rules for animation?example,i dont want my shooting animation to play if my charecter is running or is in mid air.

First of all you have all the information you need. Its right there in the blueprint example. Look at how epic have done it and get used to looking things up like this.

Im sorry if i sound a bit “harsh” but this is as much of a cliche question as “where is a step by step tutorial on how an mmo is made?”

Its really good practice to liik at the blueprints already in the editor and learn from that.
