Substance Painter to UE4

Hi, this might be a stupid question but I’m struggling a lot with the workflow between Substance Painter 2 and UE4…
My question is HOW???
I’ve got a model that I sculpt in Zbrush, I’ve made a low poly version of it, unwrapped it in 3ds max and brought into Substance Painter 2 to just export the base color and the normal map.
When I export it to UE4 it doesn’t look like the model in Substance Painter… the base color in UE4 looks very terrible. Is the problem in UE4 or Substance Painter? I don’t know if my UE4 project is just on a low quality or am I doing something wrong?

Please help, thank you!

besides making sure your roughness, ao, and other grayscale textures are set to RGB instead of SRGB (and making sure you use roughness instead of specular) there are quite a few video and written tutorials on how to get substance <> ue4 close to 1:1

Thank you so much for the quick response. I have everything checked just like you said. I think my problem is in substance painter. My base material is very washed out and I’ve just build my lightning and everything in UE4 and still gives me the same problem. But I will have to check a ton of tutorials and I’ve still have a lot to learn. but again, thank you very much.
