Using UE4 for Architectural demo

The company I work in also does booths and the like for expos. Normally we’d just show the client some stills and a few 3D animation clips but I think it’d be fairly easier to create a level of the booth design and show the client in a real-time presentation.

I was wondering if there’s anything in the EULA i missed regarding this.

Are any revenue sources royalty-free?
No royalties are due on the following:

Ancillary products, including t-shirts, CDs, plushies, action figures and books. The exception is items with embedded data or information, such as QR codes, that affect the operation of the product.
Consulting and work-for-hire services using the engine. This applies to architects using the engine to create visualizations as well as consultants receiving a development fee.
Linear media, including movies, animated films and cartoons distributed as video.
Cabinet-based arcade games and amusement park rides.
Truly free games and apps (with no associated revenue).

wow, thanks for list!

In the EULA Section 4(7), no royalties are owed from the following:

Consulting fees or work-for-hire fees which are non-recoupable for services performed using the Licensed Technology (e.g., an architect-created walkthrough simulation or a contractor-developed in-house training simulator).

So for what you describe, no royalties. Now (however unlikely), if you or your client were to start selling the 3D booth walkthrough, royalties would be owed on that revenue.
