Glass destruction

ok so basically what I want to do is have glass break using destructible meshes but to break more like glass so it shatters into smaller longer pointier pieces or with wood it would splinter and also dynamic destruction so if i shot glass it would shatter from where the bullet hit

You will want to use Cut-Out Fracturing with an image of broken glass- or some other similar fracture pattern.
