Editor suddenly crash loading project

Hi you all!

Yesterday I was working with EU4 smoothly. When starting today, I found a crash every time I load my project. I followed the error log looking for any clues but I can’t find anything relevant.

Breaking news!

Seems like one of my biggest and important blueprints (my player) has been corrupted in some way. Moving all the other new assets to an old backup version of my project has allowed me to run UE4 editor without crashes, but I lost my player character blueprint last version.

Still figuring what is the problem here, as the log doesn’t report any error in anyone of my blueprints/scripts.

Thinking about to start moving much of my player functionality to C++ due to this, although I was trying to use Blueprint for rapid prototyping.

If you think it is your Player Character blueprint asset that is causing your project to crash, please upload the *.uasset file and we can take a look at it for you and try to find a solution to the crash and if at all possible save your character class.

If you are still not sure about what caused it, please tell us and be very specific about what was in the project (specifically the default loaded Editor map)? (For Example, I have two matinee actor, one was duplicated from the other, 10 Static Meshs, blueprint for game mode, character class, etc…)

Hi Eric!

Do you need only MyCharacter.uasset or all the files referenced by it (interfaces, anim BP, etc)?

I will always err on more information rather than less.
