Cannot rotate any bones on imported skeletal mesh in order to pose or animate using built-in animation editor in Persona in 4.13 preview 1. Identical FBX imported into 4.12 works fine.

Using the same FBX exported from Maya 2016 I was not able to reproduce the issue by importing into UE4.12.5 and UE4.13, then adjusting the bones in the AnimBlueprint for both as shown in the image below:
Be sure you have ref pose selected as shown. If this is not an accurate reproduction of the issue, please post more comprehensive repro steps.
