How do I make a beach and ocean with waves?

hi people,

i have a doubt, i’m trying to do a sample with ocean and beach but i dont really find a tutorial or examples explain how to do that, just in udk , anyone can help?

Maybe try to use knowledge from UDK tutorial and try to recreate that in new tools, lot of things is the same or have equivlents
