Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Royalties for QR codes bundled with other products?

Our studio is negotiating to develop a promotional mobile game for a local snack brand. The game will be free (no IAP) and will not contain monetized 3rd party advertising and we'll be paid a flat fee. However, there's this idea to include codes in the snack bags which unlock in-game content.

Here comes the question: how would that work in terms of royalties? If it's like "5% of the gross snack sales" we'll need to re-evaluate the whole thing (we are planning to re-skin a near-completed UE4 game we are working on, so we would either scrape the whole QR code thing or re-build the game from scratch on Unity).

Thanks in advance

I think as you've described it you would not owe anything for snack sales.
