Hi all,
I am having issues with running my EpicGamesLauncher. It seemed to have installed fine without any issues but it does not open (in Normal and in Run as Administrator mode). When I try to open the launcher, I get an application error - “The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.”
I have gone through the troubleshooting page and have run the dxdiag and have attached the dxdiag.txt file link text below.
Also, when I tried using the -debuglogging method from outside the launcher, I did not seem to get any (new) log information at the said folder (C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved\Logs). It had older information since before February 2016 (I did try uninstalling and reinstalling a few times and it did not seem to work).
