What are the steps to create swimmable water ? Are there any proper examples present in you tube to refer to ?

Here you go. Tesla Dev usually has some great tutorials if you interested in learning other aspects of UE4.
Also feel free to refer to this community project. Though its a little complicated to set up, it does have an amazing ocean with an underwater view, waves, and viewport particles.
The tutorial is obviously helpful but I need the animation also for the swimming movement of the character.
