Architectural Models Licensing Costs

To whom it may concern,
We are considering implementing Unreal Engine and using it in our Architectural Practice.

Can you please confirm the approach to licensing in these different approaches where we create the model, publish and give it to our clients:

  1. Residential Client.
We prepare a model and give the model to one of our residential clients to use at home. A family of 4 or 5 uses the model. What would the costs of licensing be?

  2. Commercial Client
We prepare a model and give the model to our client. They have 10 staff involved in the project and wish to have two copies. They then show the model to there wider office - 100 staff. And allow there future tenants in the building to view the model in the display suite. Say a couple of hundred people view the model.
What would the costs of licensing be?

  3. University
We prepare a model and give the model to our client. They have 20 staff involved in the project and wish to have three copies. They then show the model to there wider staff group and faculty. Say 300 staff, with 3 models.
They have an open day and have a showcase where members of the public can view the model. They have a little kiosk and over the course of the day 100 members of the public view the model.
What would the costs of licensing be?

These responses assume you are using the EULA. In all of those cases, the licensing fees will be free - no license fee and no royalty. The only exception to that is if any of your clients then go on to sell the model to further end users. This seems very unlikely in your case.
