I have a Radeon HD6850, can I use UE4?

So I meet all the requirements for UE4, except I don’t have a HD6870 or better. From my understanding, the two cards are really similar, so yeah.

Can I use UE4?

Hmm, it looks like you need some serious power to get really good performance out of UE4. Looks like I might have to hold off for a bit
