How do I use the boy from “A Boy and His Kite: An Animated Short”, as a 3rd person character in game?
You would have to make him yourself or find a way to import him from whatever file you have of that short. Beware, don’t fall into copyright infringements.
If you want to make a look alike, I recommend using Adobe Fuse (Preview). It’s currently free to use, so take advantage of that.

The question is more like how do I change 3rd person character from the standard “SK_Mannequin” -skeleton. I’ve seen many videos on how to do so, but most of them are outdated, so it didn’t help watching them…
