Project crashing on startup

as the tile says my project is crashing on startup here is the line in the logs where it says fatal error:

Fatal error: [File:D:\Build++UE4+Release-4.12+Compile\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\Foliage\Private\FoliageInstanceBase.cpp] [Line: 90]
Instance base cache - integrity verification(3): Counter: 39 Size: 38, InvSize: 37 (L:1 S:0 T:0)

I hope this is an easy fix, any suggestions will help

This is a known issue and has already been fixed, though some developers are experiencing an error with the commit in source builds. You can find more information here:
