How to Align a Texture to the World Not Local?
How to Align a Texture to the World, not local? Like this: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/21897112/TBR/then_these-Dots-too.gif
The dots stay in place but appear to be aligned vertically, and perhaps face the camera.
I'm not looking for bilboards, with alpha testing etc. This take a slow path on TBR architectures.
