Lightsource to equally light everything

Hello!

I am creating a mobile game that has lot of neon-lights. Because mobile is very limited i need to make lot of compromises. I noticed that lightsource gives very good lightning results but it only light in one direction. Creating more of them won’t give any results. Skylight isn’t working as intented so i wondered that if skylight can be used to light everything equally?

Oh! And i meant directional light when speaking about lightsource.

Here is the picture. I need a little light to objects and some of the objects are perfect and some of them are way too black because the light ain’t hitting em. Can i have light to hit everything equally? If so, then how?
