Unreal 4.11 having issues with launching on a note 2 - 4.1.2 - rooted - GT-N7100

Having problems with Exporting and testing my project from my phone to test it.

Unreal 4.11.2 Version
Target Device is a Note 2 - 4.1.2 android Version ( rooted ) - Model number GT N7100

Have setup even the Androids Work Components 64 bit

Even setup the sdk , ndk , jdk and everything in between

this is the log error, and got stuck into the last line

it gets stuck at the last line of code when trying to run it into my phone

as you can see i also setup the sdk components , even install it but i still get stuck everytime i try to build it into m phone

Did you ever get this resolved? I’m struggling with testing on, and building to Android too
