Input causes FPS to drop

In a level that uses streaming, I upgraded my graphics card and decided to test things out. I didn’t notice before, because I always had to run at low. However, I am able to get 60fps+ on a non-streaming level, and even on the streaming level, but as soon as I move my character or the camera (Inside of PIE) my fps drops considerable to 10fps and below. I am unsure what to do, I can confirm it has nothing to do with my level blueprint, so I assumed it was my character. However, it is a persistent issue with all the characters in my game.

I would like to know a fix, or a reasoning for this issue.

Problem was the Ocean Plugin was updated and I didn’t manually update the one in the scene. (Remove the old and place the updated one)

This fixed the performance issue
