Ok, so first is that you have a LOT of errors for files not found or invalid names. As a first step please go to content browser, right click the root Folder “Content” and select “Fix up redirectors”. It may take a bit until its finished. If the errors still show up in the log file, the best way to get rid of them is to migrate your maps to a new project (and the editor should migrate all needed assets with them). This way you also have a cleanup of your project.
Additionally, the actual error you get is
Ran out of memory allocating 783931624 bytes with alignment 0
so, could you please package again and monitor your memory consumption on your machine? It could be as simple as your machine having not enough memory.
