Hide and unhide Character Parts

Hi I am fairly new with Unreal.
I have a character with different hair types.
I want to start selling in the store, but I want to know how to hide and unhide parts of a character.
For example I export the Character with all its parts from 3ds max to Unity and then can select separately and hide them, but if I do the same in unreal the character is a single object.

I’m new to Unreal as well, but what I found is if in 3DSMax you assign different materials in the material editor to each hair type, then those will be imported as different sections (so different meshes) of your mesh. I didn’t yet find a way to hide/unhide in the editor apart from “Isolate” checkbox in the LOD section of your mesh when viewing the mesh.

Just like he said, you will need separate meshes for each part you want to hide and here is a a screen shot of setting it invisible or visible
