How to remove this weird fog from high-res screenshots?

I think the picture and the title speak for themselves, but…

As you can see, lower parts of this render are covered in white fog and I have no clue how to get rid of it.

Hi Angius,

The High-Res screen shot isn’t responsible for removing or generating the fog like effect you mentioned. What it looks like to me is that your bloom strength and threshold have gotten a bit overblown. Try messing with your bloom settings to get your desired look.

If you want to get different visualization render passes you can enable the “Include Buffer Visualization Targets” checkbox in the Hi-Res Screenshot tool.

Hope that helps,

I’ll keep what you said in mind, however I fixed the issue simply by placing the object above a platform and with a wall behind it. That seemed to stop the ambient light from bleeding through and causing that bloom effect.

The ticket can be considered as solved.
