first of all, it would be nice if you explained the situation a bit better.
the more you explain, the easier it is for us people who spend valueble time trying to help people on answerhub.
im guessing you dont want it blurred, make the image a power of two. (i.e. 32x32, 64x64, etc)
disable SRGB.
save it as a proper file, .png, .tga, etc.
This is a 19x19 pixel RGB .png resolution pictures and I want to open up the engine but somehow blur the edges. The engine 4.10.4 version number.
I tried what you said but still not good, but I thank you for your answers.
