Screen tearing despite vSync

Hello,
I have a problem with screen tearing. I know that vSync should fix this problem, but it still persist even after I turn vSync ON. The frame rate is no problem also. It stays firm on 62 fps.

You can notice that the white wall left of the door frame is being broken up. How can I fix this problem?
