Hi,
I have a 4K monitor and using Windows 10. Unreal Engine Editor is running at a scaled resolution, meaning that everything looks pixelated such as menus, toolbars and even the actual view of the game scene.
Blurry by default (Before touching any settings):
I tried checking “Disable Display Scaling on High DPI Settings” in compatibility tab of the executable’s propertites and things become high res but very tiny. So I tried using widget reflector scaling within the engine to increase the resolution and here’s what happens:
Correct Resolution but clipped menus:
Another incorrect menu
Here are my questions:
1- When is Unreal Engine going to start supporting 4K monitors?
2- Is there a workaround for now? (perhaps somewhere in the engine code that I can modify to increase the width/height of the menus)
Thanks
