Hay guys, im trying to install newer versions of UE4 but after I click on ‘add versions’ it gets stuck on ‘Please Wait…’ forever, nothing changes. I have tried disabling firewall, reinstalling the launcher and just messing around running as admin etc. Nothing seems to be working and i havnt a clue what else to do, help would be greatly appreciated :s
I think its an issue on URs end. I cant access learn tab either. I bet it will be fixed tomorrow
I get the same problem just right now on WIN 10 Home. It’s very weird
Very weird, on the learn tab it also says ‘Uh oh, there is supposed to be something here. Try sorting out the connectivity issue and return to this page’. firewall has exceptions for Epic Games though and the Markplace loads up, I dont understand. Im also on Windows 10 Home. Let me know if you find a solution and ill do the same
Yeah same thing on all the other game tabs, rebooted, re-installed… Fun.
There is a thread on ‘Using UE4’ with 5 or 6 other people with the same problem, must be the servers
Yeah, I have the same problem( I tried to turn off firewall on my laptop, but it didn’t help. I have no idea why(

Yeah I got this problem it goes through infinite loop of please wait then when it crashes the launcher on Mac and shuts the launcher completely its a problem your end
