User license agreement

Dear Epic Games,

I am working for a UK based company, Byrne Group Ltd. (http://www.byrnegroup.co.uk/). While searching for the best tool for producing animations to show our construction capabilities to our clients, we found your Unreal Engine software and wanted to make sure that we are free to use the software for our purposes. We have looked over the user license agreement, terms of service and F.A.Q.s linked below, and it appears since we are solely using it for demonstration purposes, that this would be the case.
I would be grateful if you would confirm back to us in writing at your earliest convenience.

"However, no royalty is owed on the following forms of revenue:

  1. The first $3,000.00 in gross revenue for each Product per calendar quarter;

  2. Consulting fees or work-for-hire fees which are non-recoupable for services performed
    using the Licensed Technology (e.g., an architect-created walkthrough simulation or a
    contractor-developed in-house training simulator);"

If the product of your use is only not-for-sale demonstration animations, as you say, your use would indeed be free.
