Projects on server, build doesn't apply

Hi everyone,
since a week I started having problems with my projects: usually I work with all my projects saved on a server from my computer; a week ago one of my colleague has opened a project from another computer, made stuffs, saved, and since then everytime I try to build lights is like they aren’t applied to the meshes: the calculation I think it’s done since in the log of the swarm agent everything seems to work fine, the time it takes is correct as before, and if I show the Volume light samples they are correctly calculated and placed, but the result is like if I had taken all my static mesh and set them movable; we made a couples of test and discovered that if he opens again the project from the other pc and build everything goes well, and even if I save the project on local on my computer and build it works normally; the only hint I’ve found on the answer hub was from this

about externally referenced problems, in which was suggested to look in the file ***\Saved\Config\Windows\Engine.ini and check if paths were correct; indeed when I open the project on server from my pc it change the second path differently than from the other pc, but other projects on server opened from my pc were still working good and had the correct path in that .ini; since we are in rush I worked on local and finished it anyway.

This morning the bigger trouble: another project started having the very same problem, but this time I always worked from my pc, and the path in the .ini is correct; I’ll finish this on local too, but I really need to understand were could be the problem, since I’m gonna receiving many works and I don’t wanna stay in pain for months hoping it doesn’t start having issues suddenly again!
