We’ve just released our Game “Fernbus Coach Simulator” at Steam. We got some bug reports from AMD users with R7 2XX and R9 2XX graphics cards. They want to start the game but nothing happens. No error message, no window, no crash report. Is there any known issue with these devices? Is there anything we can try?
We’re using UE 4.12.5
I used 4.12.5 with a R9 390 and a R9 270 with various driver versions (non-beta), and it just worked. If there is no window or anything else, you could tell them to look into the game directory for an error log (if you get a “nice” customer), some logfile will have some info in it.

As indygoof mentioned, it would be helpful if you could get some log files from your users who are having these issues. Without more information about the crash, there wouldn’t be much to go off of when trying to reproduce it.
We haven’t heard from you in a while, . Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, would you be able to provide some crash logs from any of your users who are experiencing this crash? In the meantime, I’ll be marking this issue as resolved for tracking purposes.
