why is everything in 4.13.0 is pixeleated weird

every project i make, convert, open in unreal 4.13.0 is renderd weird is not rendering good in the editor and in game why?

Did you check your Scalability-Settings?

As LeFxGuy said, check your scalibility settings. It was similar for me, when i converted a project to 4.13 everything looked a bit strange and “not so good”, until i noticed that under Scalability Settings everything was set to Medium instead of Epic as before.

ok it looks better but there is still this weird pixels thingy you can see the pixels of strings making the edges of cubes and stuff
