Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Can't find "Crouch speed multiplier" parameter

Hi. I am using Crouch function of CharacterMovement but my camera is moving down faster than my animation. And I can't find "Crouch speed multiplier" parameter that I saw in a tutorial. Does this parameter still exists ? Where can i find it ? Or is there another to way to change camera speed when crouching ?

Thank you

How is your camera attached to the character?

If you're doing a fps, try attaching the camera to a socket in the head node of your skeleton. Then the camera should move as the skeleton moves.

Open your skeletal mesh in the persona editor, click on the skeleton in the upper right hand. That'll open the skeleton in the left hand panel. Iterate through the bones til you get the head. Right click and "add socket" should be one of the options.

Cheers!
