Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.

Office Holiday

Problem while packaging.

Hey Guys, I get an Error while Packaging my game. I cant understand everything from the Log, so I need your help please. The last part of the log is this: (the whole log is very long)

Hi DreamblocksTV,

In the future, to help others navigate your log easier, please cut contents of the output log, paste them into a text editing program (like a Rich Text Document) and then post that document as an attachment.

When you have a log where the Automation Tool fails, in a text editor select Cntrl + F and search the words "Warning/Error Summary." The first few items after these words will typically contain the assets causing the build to fail.

In this case:

The word "Turl" contains an umlaut "u." which the editor likely does not understand. Please go through your assets and remove any special characters like these and try again. If it still fails review the log as described above and if you cannot determine the cause of the error, post the error log as a doc.
