Because I posted a thread yesterday, requesting aid from people, to start my journey with this engine, but it’s still not there.

It depends on how quickly the moderators and staff can get to it. The staff aren’t monitoring it 24/7 so it can sometimes take anywhere from a couple of minutes to a day or so.
