Can't download epic launcher

Whenever I try to download the launcher from the website, I get this error:

{“Message”:“User: anonymous is not authorized to perform: es:ESHttpGet on resource: config20-es-2-3”}

I am logged on, on the website. It hasn’t been working for a few days. It also doesnt’ work to download the launcher from epicgames.com

Any ETC on a fix ?
