Friend list in launcher displays certain information in presence string in the language of the client used by the friend. This can be seen in presence strings for Paragon.
Here’s how this looks:
Both players are playing PvP using the same hero, Kallari, however hero name is displayed in Russian for the second player, as he runs the game in Russian.
