after switching to 4.13, the focus slider in the cine camera does not change the focus in the viewport ( (I locked the cinecamera to viewport). the numbers in the slider are changing but the focus does not change.
any idea ?

Do you have Smooth Focus toggled on? If so, that will prevent the manual focus values from changing. We’ve fixed that for an upcoming release (4.15) but the current workaround would be to toggle Smooth Focus off.
