Instanced Stereo option creates some strange bug in VR mode after 4.13 updates

Hello Unreal World out there =)

I have a question about “Instanced stereo” with 4.13 update.
With Instanced stereo option on, if we try to use nodes like,
Material shader > Screen Position > Scene Texture UV mapping (we mapped media as texture on the match moved animated card), VR mode does not play correctly.
With Vive on, I see two pairs of left and right eye UVs, instead of seeing UV textures for each eyes.
It worked fine with 4.12, but after updates with 4.13, it does not work for some reason.
Is there any way we can turn “Instanced stereo option” on and not having this problem with 4.13?
4.13 has been majorly updated for mov-related matters and we are trying to stick with 4.13 at this moment.
Please advise us if there is any solution for this.
