Getting Critical error and Package failed for android (ue4.13)

hi guys

i’m trying to package my game for android and i’m keep getting a Critical error and after that “Error Unknown Cook Failure”

i don’t understand why its happening

plz help me out to solve this problem

It looks like your project is having trouble with materials. Please double check that a blank project can package without any trouble. If it can, then go ahead and delete your Intermediate and Saved folders out of the project that can’t package. Try to package once you’ve removed those folders.

If you’re still running into errors, please remove any materials that you’ve added to your project, or created yourself to see if you can track down which material it may be causing the issue. Don’t delete them, just move them to a folder outside of the project.
