I had the same issue. I had to revert back to 4.12.5 because Apple doesnt allow massively long black screens like that. My loading screens are twice as long as yours on iphone 6s plus. Before, it would only take about 1-3 seconds to open a level and my loading screen would bridge the gap. Now it is taking about 10 seconds … even when it loads a basic UI only map (Start game screen).
How is going resolving process of this bug? We are really in trouble.

4.12.5: 15~ seconds (5 trials)
4.13.1: 39~ seconds (so many trials)

4.12.5: 5~ seconds (according to old results)
4.13.1: 20~ seconds (so many trials)
Also players with lower end devices are reporting that game is launching at them from 1 minute to 2 minutes! Android says “This application is not responding. Do you want to close it?”, at most times, according to players. We can’t go back to 4.12.5 as we did too many changes. Please bump this issue, we can’t invest in our game anymore with this bug
Just wanted to add we’re seeing similar results on Nexus 6P with our game after upgrading to 4.13. Setting the package to be compressed seems to exacerbate the issue greatly.
