I would like to use a video clip from this video showing Unreal Engine 4 “Infiltrator” Demo for a promotional CGI video for a VR product we are creating - we are hardware developers and are not using any UE coding in anyway what so ever. We just like this clip Unreal Engine 4 "Infiltrator" Demo - YouTube which is from this game 8K Test footage from the Unreal Engine Demo "Infiltrator" in Stereo Spherical 360 VR 8K version - YouTube

my question is - am I allowed to do this?
if I am do I need to pay you a royalty? if so please explain why.

I believe you were previously in touch with our Customer Service about this question.

The Infiltrator Demo is included in the Learning assets associated with Unreal Engine 4 accessible through and licensed under the terms of our EULA. You may use that demo content under the terms of that EULA.

We did not create the video 8K test footage, so we cannot comment on that.
