Second player see aiming animation differently

In my own instace of the game the aiming animation looks just fine. But if you watch a player aim as a second player the aiming animation works and looks good on the upper 90 degree of the aiming, but when the player you spectate aim down the aiming animation snaps to the highest you can aim but it just looks like that for the spectator.

aiming down snaps the charater straight up for the spectator.
