Hi I was wondering if we are allowed to use the new Unreal Engine intro video (seen on new UE YouTube videos (Unreal Engine Enterprise: Build London | 2016 Event Coverage | Unreal Engine - YouTube)) as a startup video for our project
Thank you for the quick response! Yes, basically I just want to use that animated splash screen intro as a Startup Movie for our project / game instead of the UE4 Animated Logo found on the page you linked. Would that mean I still need to go through the trademark license process?

I’m not sure I understand. Do you mean the animated splash screen intro?
The EULA does not contain a trademark license, so if you want to use UE4 logos and such in or in connection with your project you need to take a trademark license.
You can’t use UE4 trademark stuff like that without a license. As to whether you can use that particular logo, you’ll need to ask the branding folks (connected through the same page).
