How to add a dirty lens effect

Hi. I was just wondering how I would be able to add an effect that makes the camera view look somewhat covered in dust particles and debris when looking up at a light source, as I am making a desert area for a tech demo. Does anyone have any tips for this method?

You can find the option in post process settings. Add a post process volume into your level and set it to Unbound to make it global. Then expand Settings > Bloom in Details panel, you’ll see Dirt Mask and Dirt Mask Intensity options. You can either apply your own mask texture or get the already existing one from engine content. You may need to set dirt mask intensity to higher values in order to get the desired effect.
