Crash after build development 4.13

Hello
I have a strange problem
Used engine 4.13
After the building the game on development
start game select server after spawn character on map game crash
If I am still the main menu or the Settings menu game not crash
game crash if spawn on map

There are no errors or crash
It can play without any problems

I see that you’re on: 4.13.0-3106830 which is our most recent binary version. Could you please provide me with exact, detailed reproduction steps to get this assertion to happen on a blank template?
