Directional light changes 4.12 to 4.13

Hey guys

So I recently ported my project from 4.12 to 4.13, there are some UMG functions for mobile that I really want to use.

Thankfully all of my project opened up fine but the shadows being cast from the dynamic light are substantially different now, despite the settings being exactly the same.

The image shows exactly what I am talking about, if anyone has any insight as to why this is happening I would love to hear a solution. Even if the solution is to forget the UMG features I want and roll back 4.12.

my shadow issues are blatantly visible on x-large skeletal meshes btw
