Respawning Client Teleports upon Possession

I have my level’s spawn points 50 meters above the ground. Whenever a client respawns, they appear on the ground instead of in the sky. I can spawn new pawns directly at the spawn point, but they teleport to the ground the instant they’re possessed. Every component insists that the new pawn’s location is what I want, but it’s clearly not the case. The server-player respawns aerially without any problem.

What am I doing incorrectly? Right up to the point of possession, everything operates exactly as expected. Am I overlooking something? Am I arranging things out of order?
